Rights, Restrictions, and Terms of Service
♡ All commissioned art and associated rights to them belong to me as the artist.
Please Note: I do not own the rights to individual characters portrayed in any fan art; however, I do own the full rights to the pieces I make.♡Customers must be 18+ to commission, so please have age listed in relevant bios.♡All fees are due upon commission request (With three day return window).♡Customers may request up to 2 updates/alterations during the pre rendering period.
This restriction only applies to those seeking major changes or additional updates as I will provide updates during each stage of the project unless otherwise requested.♡Customers should provide references for pieces with specific poses/plots/OC characters.♡ All commissions are for personal usage only, and are not to be altered, reproduced, or published without written consent of the artist.
If a customer would like to commission with printing rights for personal business and marketing, there will be additional fees.♡ I reserve the right to post/use/alter work after its completion for promotional purposes.
I intend to post all commissions to my accounts and therefore request that customers please tag my user handle if they wish to post the images on their own pages as well. If customers agree, I will also tag them if/when I post commissioned works for promotional purposes.♡ I reserve the right to accept or deny any commission request or requested alteration, and also reserve the right to terminate contracted commissions at any point during the commission process.
If a contracted commission is terminated by myself, as the artist, the customer will receive a FULL refund.♡ Customers who wish to terminate their contracts before completion, and after the "3 day grace" period, understand that they relinquish the rights to any financial returns.
♡ All Commissions will have a three day window, following acceptance and start of commission, to request a full refund. After this "3 day's grace period", NO refunds will be given except in cases of termination of contract by myself as the artist. Customers will, therefore, be notified when I begin a commission through relevant messaging systems and the grace period will begin countdown.♡ By commissioning, customers agree and accept responsibility for reading all terms of service and adhering to any rights or restrictions listed above.
